Animal Place is a comprehensive mobile ecosystem designed for pet owners and professionals alike. From health tracking and veterinary alerts to a professional marketplace and social community, the platform centralizes everything needed for animal well-being. The challenge was to create a brand that resonates with both B2C pet owners and B2B breeders/institutions, establishing immediate authority in the pet care industry.
The brief
We were tasked with building a high-impact brand identity that balances professional credibility with a modern, "cool" consumer appeal. The goal was to distance the brand from a childish or purely medical aesthetic, positioning it instead as the elite reference for pro-grade products and services. The identity had to be ultra-legible and memorable, designed to remain effective across all environments—from clean digital interfaces to rugged, outdoor physical supports.
Our creative approach
We initiated the process with three strategic moodboards, ultimately selecting and developing the "Dynamic Illustration" direction. We delivered three fully fleshed-out concepts before finalizing a comprehensive brand book. To ensure long-term scalability and brand recognition, we created a custom library of professional illustrations and a versatile brand mark designed to act as a "seal of trust" on everything from mobile icons to technical outerwear.
