The client
Netflix’s biggest hits don’t stay on screen. Through its Consumer Products team in Paris, Netflix turns shows like KPop Demon Hunters and One Piece into toys, books and merch, and helps retailers sell them. In 2026 that team made Grafikoa its go-to studio for everything physical, from trade show walls to supermarket shelves.
The brief
The year started at France Licensing Days, the industry’s big meeting point in Paris. Netflix’s stand needed a full refresh: three walls for Netflix, KPop Demon Hunters and One Piece, a 360° photobooth, and window graphics to pull visitors in from the aisle.
Next came a less visible but more strategic job: a catalogue guide so every retailer could build KPop Demon Hunters pages that are on-brand, without starting from scratch.
Then, in September, the products hit the shops. Fnac Darty wanted a fully dressed endcap. Every other partner needed a ready-to-print kit.
Our creative approach
KPop Demon Hunters runs on stage energy: neon, glitter, idols mid-performance. Our job was to keep that energy in every format, from a 3-metre wall to a 1-metre shelf strip.
For the stand, we went big and immersive, with characters at life size and a photobooth built to end up on Instagram.
For the catalogue guide, we built a system rather than a layout: backgrounds, character poses, call-outs, product panels, co-branding and legal rules, all in 16 pages. Retailers pick, assemble and publish.
For retail, speed mattered as much as style. The Fnac Darty endcap, with a header die-cut around the characters, was delivered the day after the brief. The partner kit (posters, hanging mobiles and shelf strips, print-ready in AI and PDF) went out two days later and rolled out across France and the UK: Fnac, Auchan, Carrefour, Toys"R"Us and WHSmith Travel at Heathrow.
One fandom, one visual language, from the trade show floor to the toy aisle.
